How do we save our community money and still provide excellent service?
Family owned and operated since 2002, we decided to create and implement a variable commission structure that begins at a Flat Fee of 3% instead of the typical 6% Fee.
Let’s do the math:
Your home is worth $300,000; If you were to pay a 6% commission on that $300,000 home, it would cost you $18,000. Now if you were to pay a 3% commission on that same home, it would cost you $9,000. That’s a savings of $9,000!
Since we are a small family owned and operated business we think it’s important to give our clients specific personalized customer service.
